Apprenticeship programs providing training in more than one construction trade must contain separate standards for each trade, covering 15 specified trades including electrical workers, carpenters, plumbers, iron workers, and operating engineers

Programs approved before October 1, 2025, that do not comply with the new separate standards requirement may continue using their existing standards until those standards are voided or superseded

Construction trade apprenticeship programs must use a time-based approach (rather than competency-based or hybrid approaches allowed for other trades)

Amends NRS 610.144 governing eligibility requirements for registration and approval of apprenticeship programs by the State Apprenticeship Council
