Extends the existing 20-foot no-parking zone to apply to both marked and unmarked crosswalks, clarifying that vehicles cannot stop, stand, or park within 20 feet of any crosswalk

Authorizes local authorities to establish distances greater than 20 feet for no-parking zones near crosswalks if necessary for community safety, provided they post official traffic-control devices with notice of the applicable distance

Creates a transitional enforcement period through December 31, 2026, during which violations may only result in warnings and only where official signage provides notice of the restriction

Removes enforcement restrictions effective January 1, 2027, allowing full enforcement of crosswalk parking prohibitions regardless of whether signage is present

Sections 1 and 2 become effective October 1, 2025; full enforcement authority under Section 3 begins January 1, 2027
