Annual accountability reports must include the number of HVAC systems needing repair or replacement at each school and charter school, along with how long each issue has persisted and the estimated cost and timeline for repairs

School district tentative budgets must report licensed teacher compensation data for each individual school, including total teacher count, salaries, health insurance expenditures, and fringe benefits

Charter schools sponsored by school districts, the State Public Charter School Authority, Nevada System of Higher Education institutions, and cities or counties are subject to the same HVAC reporting requirements

Tentative budgets must be submitted to the Department of Taxation and Department of Education by April 15 each year, with public hearings held between the third Monday in May and the last day of May
