Renames the "Chief of the Budget Division" position to "Administrator of the Budget Division" within the Office of Finance in the Office of the Governor

Transfers all qualifications, powers, and duties previously held by the Chief of the Budget Division to the Director of the Office of Finance, consolidating budget authority under the Director

Removes the statutory provision that allowed the Director of the Office of Finance to serve as Chief of the Budget Division if the Director possessed the required qualifications

Repeals three existing statutory definitions related to "Chief" of the Budget Division (NRS 353.155, 353.160, and 353.530)

Effective July 1, 2025, with conforming amendments to approximately 40 sections of Nevada Revised Statutes across multiple chapters to update references from "Chief of the Budget Division" to "Director of the Office of Finance"
