Extends the timeframe for scheduling an execution after a death sentence from 60-90 days to 120-180 days from the time of judgment

Changes the timeframe for issuing a new execution warrant (when the original was not executed) from 15-30 days to 120-180 days after the warrant date

Requires that when multiple execution warrants exist, any new warrant must schedule execution not less than 120 days nor more than 180 days from the latest previously scheduled execution date

Amends NRS 176.345 and NRS 176.495 governing death penalty warrant procedures in Nevada
