Nevada Gaming Commission must establish a patron self-exclusion program for credit, check cashing, and direct marketing (mail, phone, text, email) of gaming opportunities, codifying existing regulations into statute

Creates a new "tavern gaming establishment" license category allowing up to 25 gaming devices and self-service wagering kiosks at establishments with a bar (9+ seats), restaurant, minimum 2,000 square feet, and seating for 20+ non-gaming patrons

Expands interactive gaming definition to include sports pools, allowing acceptance of wagers on sporting events from patrons both within and outside Nevada

Authorizes the Gaming Commission to reduce, defer, or forgive license fees for gaming establishments during Governor-declared or Legislature-declared states of emergency or disasters

Strengthens regulatory oversight by retaining Gaming Control Board and Commission jurisdiction over licensees even after they cease gaming activities, and requiring Board acceptance before any license surrender becomes effective
