Extends the validity period of trespassing warnings from 24 months to 36 months, meaning a prior warning from a property owner or occupant remains effective for 3 years instead of 2 years

Trespassing after receiving a warning within the specified period remains a misdemeanor offense under NRS 207.200

Applies to situations not amounting to burglary where a person willfully goes or remains on land or in a building after being warned not to trespass

Does not change existing methods for providing sufficient warning, which include fluorescent orange paint markings, fencing, "no trespassing" signs, cultivated land designation, or oral/written demands to vacate
