Authorizes the Division of Emergency Management to share school emergency operations plans with local public safety agencies when reasonably necessary during acts of terrorism, related emergencies, or for emergency preparedness and coordination efforts

Applies to emergency plans from public school districts, charter schools, and private schools, including any updates or approved deviations from those plans

Creates an exception to existing confidentiality requirements that prohibit disclosure of school emergency operations plans to outside parties

Effective upon passage and approval
