Board of Massage Therapy may issue licenses to applicants who practiced legally in another U.S. state or territory for at least 3 years, even if they don't meet standard requirements, provided they pass required examinations and submit transcripts showing completion of 500 hours (massage therapy), 700 hours (structural integration), or 200 hours (reflexology) of instruction.

Definition of "reflexology" expanded to include application of pressure to the face, in addition to feet, ears, and hands.

Temporary licenses may be issued to practitioners holding active licenses from other states, expire after 90 days, cannot be renewed, but a new temporary license may be applied for 3 months after expiration; no written examination required for temporary licensure.

Board must adopt regulations establishing grounds for disciplinary action against massage, reflexology, and structural integration establishments, including fines and suspension or revocation of certificates.

Executive Director of the Board authorized to issue subpoenas; advertising requirements and prohibitions extended to establishments (not just individual practitioners), with violations constituting a misdemeanor.
