Grants civil liability immunity to the State of Nevada, Nevada System of Higher Education institutions (universities, state colleges, community colleges), and their officers and employees for COVID-19 pandemic response actions that affected educational services during spring semester 2020

Immunity applies only to claims related to tuition or fees paid for spring 2020, where the act or omission was reasonably related to public health/safety and performed in good faith to comply with federal, state, or local guidance

Covered actions include campus closures, cessation of educational services, transition to online/remote instruction, and any other interference with educational services during the pandemic

Applies retroactively to all lawsuits filed on or after March 12, 2020, where a final judgment has not yet been rendered

Immunity expires by limitation on June 30, 2030
