Amends NRS 288.150 to explicitly include insurance benefits for covered dependents of local government employees as a mandatory subject of collective bargaining between employee organizations and local government employers

Clarifies that existing mandatory bargaining subjects for insurance benefits extend beyond just employee coverage to encompass dependent coverage as well

Applies only to collective bargaining agreements entered into on or after October 1, 2025; agreements executed before that date are not affected
