Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau is authorized to enter into contracts for revenue forecasting and data processing services to assist the Economic Forum and Technical Advisory Committee on Future State Revenues.

Data processing services removed from the list of items that must be jointly provided by the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau and Chief of the Budget Division to these bodies.

Economic Forum's deadline for the revised revenue projection report moved from May 1 to April 1 of each odd-numbered year.

Effective date: July 1, 2025.
