Sets the deadline to register to vote via automatic voter registration at the 18th day before primary, presidential preference primary, or general elections

Requires electors registering in person during early voting or on election day to provide a current, valid driver's license or ID card from any U.S. state, D.C., or territory—or a tribal ID card—as proof of identity; a Nevada DMV-issued ID with current address also serves as proof of residency

Allows electors without qualifying ID to cast a provisional ballot after completing a written affirmation, but requires them to provide valid Nevada DMV-issued ID or tribal ID demonstrating identity and residency by 5 p.m. the Friday after election day for the ballot to count

Mandates DMV offices in counties with populations of 100,000+ (Clark and Washoe Counties) to offer extended hours including weekends during the 2 weeks before the mail registration deadline and 6 days after primary or general elections, with no appointment required for license/ID services during these periods

Becomes effective July 1, 2025
