Defines "advanced courses" as CTE concentrator courses, work-based learning programs, industry-recognized credential activities, dual credit CTE courses, and courses requiring CTE concentrator prerequisites

Aligns work-based learning program reporting requirements with federal Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (20 U.S.C. § 2323), replacing state-specific reporting categories

Requires disaggregation of work-based learning data according to federal standards, including special populations as defined in federal law

Effective upon passage and approval
