Extends a 20-cent per $100 assessed valuation property tax in unincorporated Clark County and the City of Las Vegas for 30 years, from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2057

Revenue funds employment of additional police officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and related costs

Maintains the existing total property tax rate of 28 cents per $100 (8 cents permanent from 1988, plus the 20 cents being extended from 1996)

Tax remains subject to Nevada's partial abatement cap on property tax increases and exempt from local government revenue limitations

Tax apportioned uniformly between unincorporated Clark County and the City of Las Vegas, with collection handled by county officers in the same manner as other ad valorem taxes
