Extends the temporary increase in administrative cost allocation from State Highway Fund proceeds from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027

Maintains the elevated cap of 27 percent (up from the standard 22 percent) of motor vehicle license, registration fees, and related charges that may be used for collection administration costs

State Highway Fund receives proceeds from motor vehicle operation fees on Nevada public highways, roads, and streets, with remaining funds dedicated to highway construction, maintenance, and repair

Becomes effective July 1, 2025
