Transfers the Office of Federal Assistance from the Office of the Governor to the Office of Finance within the Office of the Governor, effective July 1, 2025

Changes the leadership position from "Director of the Office of Federal Assistance" (appointed by the Governor) to "Deputy Director for the Office of Federal Assistance" (appointed by the Director of the Office of Finance)

Removes the Governor's authority to directly employ staff for the Office of Federal Assistance, shifting staffing responsibility to the Office of Finance structure

Revises the Nevada Advisory Council on Federal Assistance membership by replacing the Chief of the Budget Division with the Director of the Office of Finance (or designee) as a nonvoting member

Maintains all existing functions of the Office of Federal Assistance, including federal grant coordination, the Nevada Grant Matching Program, and the State Plan for Maximizing Federal Assistance
