Changes the annual report deadline for local planning commissions in counties with population 100,000-700,000 (currently Washoe County) from April 1 to October 1, and shifts the reporting period from calendar year to fiscal year, effective January 1, 2026.

Authorizes governing bodies in counties with population under 700,000 (all counties except Clark County) to adopt an ordinance making planning commission member terms coterminous with the governing body member who recommended their appointment, effective July 1, 2029.

Currently, planning commission terms are 4 years by default, with coterminous terms only required in Clark County (population 700,000+); this bill extends that option to smaller counties.

Planning commission members may continue serving if their recommending official resigns or vacates office before term expiration.
