Adds theft (NRS 205.0832) to the list of crimes that trigger enhanced penalties when committed against persons 60 years or older or vulnerable persons

Enhanced penalties include additional imprisonment: equal jail time for misdemeanors/gross misdemeanors, or 1-20 years in state prison for felonies, running consecutively with the base sentence

Offenders convicted of theft against older or vulnerable persons become liable for civil penalties of $5,000-$20,000 for first offense and $10,000-$30,000 for subsequent offenses

Civil penalties collected are split equally between the Fund for Compensation of Victims of Crime and the Account for the Unit for Investigation and Prosecution of Crimes Against Older Persons or Vulnerable Persons
