Appropriates $21,155,823 from the State General Fund to the Office of Finance for implementing the collective bargaining agreement for the bargaining unit under NRS 288.515(1)(n)

Total appropriation of $21,277,906 is not included in the Executive Budget and has no effect on local government

Funds must be committed for expenditure by June 30, 2027, and any remaining balance must be reverted to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027

Act becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval
