Increases the household income eligibility threshold for Nevada Ready! State Pre-K grants from 200% to 250% of the federal poverty level

Expands eligibility to include children with an individualized education program (IEP), regardless of household income

Expands eligibility to include children with documented behavioral, social, or emotional support needs, regardless of household income

Establishes grant amounts by multiplying the adjusted base per pupil funding amount by the number of children served in the prekindergarten program

Effective date: July 1, 2025
