Expands the definition of "victim" eligible for compensation from the Fund for the Compensation of Victims of Crime to include persons targeted because of actual or perceived characteristics (hate crime victims under NRS 193.1675 or NRS 207.185)

Authorizes hate crime victims to receive up to $1,000 per incident from the Fund for remediation of property damaged during the commission of the crime

Appropriates $60,000 over two fiscal years (2025-2027) to the Fund for the Compensation of Victims of Crime to provide monetary aid to hate crime victims

Appropriates $40,000 over two fiscal years (2025-2027) to the Office of the Attorney General to provide support and resources to survivors of crimes prosecuted by that office

Appropriates $200,000 to the Account for Victims of Human Trafficking for programs and services to trafficking victims
