Requires the Division of Public and Behavioral Health to mandate that curriculum and instructional materials used in domestic violence offender treatment programs be evidence-based

Maintains existing requirements that certified programs include a victim safety module, use evidence-based practices, and conduct participant assessments by treatment supervisors or providers

Allows out-of-state domestic violence treatment programs to become certified in Nevada to serve Nevada residents who are court-ordered to participate

Effective October 1, 2025, with immediate effect upon passage for regulatory preparation and administrative tasks
