Designates January 27 of each year as "International Holocaust Remembrance Day" in Nevada, aligning with the date the United Nations General Assembly established in 2005 to mark the anniversary of Auschwitz-Birkenau's liberation

Requires the Governor to issue an annual proclamation encouraging observance of the day

Proclamation must call upon news media, state and local officers, public schools, and public and private entities to provide information about the Holocaust and other genocides throughout history

Acknowledges the Holocaust resulted in approximately 6,000,000 Jewish persons and 5,000,000 other persons killed by the Nazi regime between 1933 and 1945

References a 2024 survey by the Governor's Advisory Council on Education Relating to the Holocaust showing significant lack of knowledge about the Holocaust among Nevadans, particularly younger generations
