Requires one of the Governor's five appointments to the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange Board of Directors be a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe located in Nevada with expertise in health care administration for an Indian tribe

Reduces the Governor's general expertise-based appointments from five to four voting members, with the fifth designated specifically for tribal representation

Exempts the tribal representative from the cap limiting any particular area of expertise to no more than two voting members on the Board

New tribal representation requirement becomes effective July 1, 2025, with the Governor appointing the tribal member to replace a member whose term expires June 30, 2025
