Requires examination of current legal processes, statutory frameworks, and programs including the Division of Child and Family Services, the State Human Trafficking Coalition, and the Account for Victims of Human Trafficking

Mandates review of training and mandatory reporting policies for professionals in healthcare, security, hospitality, education, and law enforcement sectors

Directs study of strategies to expand domestic violence frameworks to represent trafficking victims in court and create regulatory oversight for service providers

Requires a final report with legislative recommendations to be submitted to the 84th Session of the Nevada Legislature
