Creates a 6-member joint special committee (3 Assembly members, 3 Senators) to study hotel housekeeping operations during the 2025-2026 interim, with meetings at least quarterly and a minimum of twice during the interim period.

Committee will assess measures to ensure successful housekeeping functions, the impact of room cleaning frequency, and guest communication options regarding housekeeping services at reservation or check-in.

Requires input from gaming leaders, labor organizations, law enforcement, hotel employees, and tourism experts.

Report with findings and legislative recommendations due to the Governor by July 31, 2026, with authority to request drafting of one legislative measure for the 84th Session (submission deadline September 1, 2026).

Resolution becomes effective upon adoption.
