Requires the Department of Environmental Conservation to provide copies of inspection reports for intermediate or high hazard dams to the chief executive officer of the municipality where the dam is located within thirty days of report creation.

Allows chief executive officers of other municipalities in the same county or adjoining counties to request and receive copies of dam inspection reports.

Mandates that all inspection reports be reviewed to conform to Public Officers Law Article Six public disclosure requirements before being issued.

Takes effect immediately and is retroactively deemed effective as of March 28, 2006.
