Corrects grammar in Education Law Section 6610, Subdivision 3 by changing "engagng" to "engaging" regarding dental hygiene students in clinical practice

Expands the definition of eligible entities in Section 6610, Subdivision 7 to allow visiting dentists from other states or countries to practice at any entity operating an accredited residency program, not just approved dental schools

Requires that any residency program entity hosting visiting dentists must have been accredited by a national accrediting body approved by the Department of Education

Maintains the existing 90-day limit for visiting dentists and requirement that clinical practice must be under direct supervision of a licensed dentist

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
