Division for Small Business must maintain a small business portal on the Department of Economic Development's internet website serving as a one-stop information source for existing and prospective small businesses

Portal shall provide information on services from local, state, and federal agencies including permits, financing, tax exemptions, property acquisition, employee training, insurance, environmental compliance, and assistance for minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses

All state departments, divisions, boards, bureaus, commissions, and agencies must provide assistance, services, and data to enable the Division for Small Business to maintain the portal and provide links to relevant agency websites

Division for Small Business must periodically assess portal effectiveness through user surveys, online feedback, and input from the advisory board, and update services based on identified needs

Act takes effect 120 days after becoming law
