Establishes a 17-member Senior Housing Task Force within the Office for the Aging, consisting of representatives from nine state agencies and eight additional members appointed by the Governor based on legislative recommendations.

Task Force must meet at least four times in different geographical areas of the state and will be co-chaired by the Director of the Office for the Aging and the Commissioner of the Division of Housing and Community Renewal.

Directs the Task Force to conduct a statewide assessment of senior housing needs across different geographic areas, including analysis of health care, long-term care, financial resources, and transportation needs, projecting needs over the next ten years.

Requires the Task Force to review innovative senior housing approaches from other states and develop a viable plan with specific actions, steps, and time frames to provide quality senior housing meeting projected needs.

Task Force must submit a report by January 1, 2012 to the Governor, legislative leaders, and relevant committee chairs in both chambers outlining findings, recommendations, and the state plan.
