Requires insurers to disclose to insured individuals their right to choose any rental vehicle company when processing rental reimbursement claims.

Mandates that insurers writing automobile insurance with rental vehicle reimbursement coverage inform consumers of their right to choose a rental company in the event of coverage use, with disclosure provided on new and renewal policies in a separate written document.

Takes effect on the ninetieth day after becoming law.
