Establishes the "Internet Dating Safety Act" requiring internet dating services offering services to New York members to provide safety awareness notifications at registration and via a link on the main website.

Mandates notifications include specific warnings about not sharing identifying information, avoiding communicators who pressure for personal/financial information, and safety measures for in-person meetings such as informing others of location, meeting in public places, and providing own transportation.

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring enforcement actions against violating services, recovering up to $250 per registered New York member, with damages increasable up to three times that amount for pattern and practice violations.

Provides an affirmative defense if a service demonstrates by preponderance of evidence that violations resulted from bona fide error despite reasonably adopted procedures to prevent such errors.

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization for adoption of necessary rules and regulations for implementation.
