Commissioner of Health must establish a fee schedule for use, maintenance, and repair of air conditioners in adult homes, enriched housing programs, and residences for adults, excluding services provided through the ENABLE program.

Fee schedule must consider the variable market price of energy when determining amounts.

Commissioner must annually adjust the fee schedule to account for energy price variability and inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index from the U.S. Department of Labor.

At least one common room in each adult home, enriched housing program, and residence for adults must be air conditioned.

Act takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
