Amends the not-for-profit corporation law to require each member of the cemetery board to appoint an unpaid consumer representative as a non-voting adviser to the board.

Consumer advisers must have no financial interest, affiliation, or association with any business affecting the disposal or burial of deceased persons, as determined by the appointing board member.

Consumer adviser terms are three years with vacancies filled for the unexpired term only; the Secretary of State may remove advisers for misconduct, incompetence, or neglect of duty after providing written charges and a hearing opportunity.

Advisers must be invited to all board meetings, provide consumer perspectives on board issues, bring cemetery consumer concerns to the board's attention, and perform other duties as decided by the board.

Advisers receive no compensation but are entitled to reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred in performing their duties; the act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
