Applies to a parcel located at 93 Orange Turnpike in the village of Sloatsburg, town of Ramapo, identified as section 838.35, block 1, lot 9

Permits the assessor to review the late application as if it had been filed by the applicable deadline, subject to town board approval

Allows exemption from all taxation retroactive to the date of the town's acquisition of the property if the town meets eligibility requirements

Authorizes the town to refund any taxes already paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, or interest at the discretion of the governing body or tax department
