Provides that Fordham Preparatory School, Inc. be eligible for participation in financing and constructions options available through the dormitory authority of New York Forsham Preparatory School, Inc., for the financing or refinancing, or reimbursement of the costs of, the acquisition, design, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, improvement, furnishing and equipping of, or otherwise providing for construction of additional educational facilities located on Fordham University Rose Hill Campus, the Bronx, New York.
