Authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept a late tax exemption application from S.N. Services Corporation for the 2008 and 2009 assessment rolls.

Applies to three parcels: 519 Merrick Road in Rockville Centre (section 38, block 336, lots 18-21, 22-27, 145, 146-147); 3560 Oceanside Road in Oceanside (section 60, block 89, lot 6); and Hargale Road Property in Oceanside (section 60, block 89, lot 3).

Permits the assessor to treat the late application as if filed by the taxable status date if the corporation would otherwise qualify for exemption under section 420-a of real property tax law.

Allows exemption to begin from the date S.N. Services Corporation acquired the property, contingent on Nassau County Legislature approval.

Grants the county discretion to refund any taxes paid and cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, or interest related to these parcels.
