Authorizes the assessor of the town of Stony Point to accept a late tax exemption application from Virgin Mary & St. Pakhomious Coptic Orthodox Church for assessment rolls in 2007 and 2008.

Applies to the parcel located at 1 Swim Club Lane, Stony Point, New York (section 14.02, block 1, lot 31).

Allows the late application to be reviewed as if it had been filed by the proper taxable status date if the church acquired the property between the 2007-2008 and subsequent taxable status dates.

Permits the town assessor, with approval from the town board, to grant exemption from taxation beginning with the church's acquisition date and correct the assessment rolls accordingly.

Authorizes the town to refund any taxes already paid or cancel unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, or interest at the governing body's discretion.
