Commissioner of general services authorized to sell approximately 15 acres of state land to the Town of Alden in Erie County at fair market value, with consent of the department of correctional services.

Land comprises a portion of the Wende Correctional Facility located in Lot No. 38, Township 11, Range 5, bounded by Walden Avenue on the north, Wende Road on the west, CSX Corporation lands on the south, and Lot No. 38 on the east.

Town of Alden must submit an accurate survey and legal description of the lands to the commissioner of general services for approval as a condition of purchase.

Town of Alden must apply for the land conveyance within one year of the act's effective date or the authorization expires.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
