Designates approximately 154.3 acres of state-owned land in Westhampton, Suffolk County, under the jurisdiction of the Department of Environmental Conservation, as the Edwin M. Schwenk Memorial Nature Preserve.

Land parcels affected are identified as Suffolk County Tax Map numbers 0900-217-1-4; 0900-216-1-25; 0900-217-2-16; and 0900-217-1-1, formerly known as the W.J.F. Realty property.

Recognizes Edwin M. Schwenk's contributions to environmental protection, including his role in creating the Long Island Pine Barrens Protection Act in 1993 and the Peconic Bay Regional Community Preservation Act.

Requires the Department of Environmental Conservation commissioner to mark the preserve in a suitable manner.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
