Extends the authorization for Erie County to impose an additional one percent sales and compensating use tax from November 30, 2010 to November 30, 2011

Allows Erie County to continue imposing the one percent additional tax rate on top of the three percent rate previously authorized

Requires Erie County to allocate the first $12.5 million of annual net collections from the additional one percent tax rate to cities and areas outside cities according to existing revenue distribution agreements from January 1, 2006

Permits Erie County to retain any net collections from the additional one percent tax rate that exceed $12.5 million annually for any county purpose

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
