Establishes a veterans' gerontological advisory committee within the Office consisting of no more than 19 members appointed for six-year terms serving without salary.

Committee composition includes two veterans appointed by the Governor, nine specialists appointed by the Director (including a geriatric physician, social gerontology researcher, geriatric nurse practitioner, geriatric psychiatrist, and other experts), and six additional veteran members nominated by legislative leaders.

Requires at least 60 percent of committee members to be 60 years of age or older as of the effective date.

Committee shall provide advice and recommendations to the Director on policies, programs, services, and trends impacting New York's aging veteran population and veterans' healthcare systems, and shall meet at least once annually.

Committee members are not required to take oaths of office, do not exercise sovereign powers of the state, and are not disqualified from holding other public office or employment by their appointment.
