Amends Executive Law Section 802 to define "community housing" as dwelling units not exceeding 1,500 square feet of floor space each, located on one contiguous parcel within moderate or low intensity use land areas in the Adirondack Park.

Restricts community housing locations to within three miles of a hamlet land use area and at least one-tenth mile from shorelines of lakes, ponds, or navigable rivers and streams, or within one mile of twelve specified post office locations.

Limits community housing units to primary single-family residences for persons earning 120 percent or less of median family income for the county where the project is located, with restrictions enforceable in perpetuity by deed or legal instrument.

Allows up to four community housing dwelling units on a contiguous parcel to meet overall intensity guidelines for one principal building, with each unit constituting a separate lot for Adirondack Park Agency jurisdiction purposes.

Adds community housing projects to the Adirondack Park Agency's exempt uses and unlisted actions under Executive Law Section 810, effective immediately for applications received after enactment.
