Requires sex offenders with Level Two or Level Three designations to report their employment address and/or expected place of employment to the Division of Criminal Justice Services.

Mandates sex offenders with Level Two or Level Three designations to verify on registration forms that they remain employed at their last reported address.

Expands sex offender registration requirements to include notification of changes in employment address within ten calendar days, in addition to existing address change requirements.

Changes disclosure requirements for Level Two sex offenders from approximate address based on zip code to exact address and address of the offender's place of employment when notifying law enforcement and vulnerable entities.

Takes effect on the thirtieth day after enactment.
