Establishes that one poker tournament "occasion" extends from commencement until a winner is determined or a pre-determined conclusion time is reached.

Sets aggregate prize limits of up to one hundred thousand dollars per license period for poker tournaments and raffles combined, with individual prize limits determined by board rules.

Allows poker tournament advertisements in newspapers, circulars, handbills, posters, and signage (up to 60 square feet) describing the event as a "Poker Tournament" with organization name, license number, date, location, and time.
