Allows employers or carriers to require injured workers to use contracted pharmacies, except in medical emergencies or when no contracted pharmacy is reasonably accessible.

Prohibits employers or carriers from denying workers the right to use a pharmacy of their choice if that pharmacy's charges comply with published fee schedules.

Entitles pharmacies that provide prescribed medications to injured workers to sue employers and carriers for unpaid reimbursement, with interest of up to 1.5 percent per month.

Limits initial prescription fills to a 14-day supply when first issued by a medical provider at time of injury or illness discovery.

Repeals section 88 of the workers' compensation law regarding administrative expenditure caps for the disability benefits fund.
