Validates and confirms past expenditures by the William Floyd union free school district (Mastics-Moriches-Shirley, Suffolk County) of bond proceeds issued under bond resolutions adopted on December 13, 1993, December 5, 1994, and December 16, 1999.

Permits the district to have expended bond proceeds for different purposes than the stated objects in the original bond resolutions, provided those alternate purposes were authorized by the bond resolutions.

Authorizes the district to eliminate capital project fund deficits resulting from these expenditures by reallocating prior expenditures among the three specified bond resolutions.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
