Effective July 1, 2010, authorizes the state Department of Transportation to assume jurisdiction over North Main Street (from Glenwood Avenue to West Avenue) and Commercial Street (from West Avenue to Prospect Avenue) in Medina, Orleans County.

Transfers West Center Street (from Prospect Avenue to North and South Main Streets) and a portion of Prospect Avenue (from West Center Street to Commercial Street) from state highway jurisdiction to the Village of Medina for local maintenance.

Requires the Village of Medina legislative body to have previously approved the exchange of highways before the state assumes new jurisdiction and transfers existing state highways to the village.

Transfers all right, title, and interest in the exchanged highways between the state and village, with state acquisition of transferred property deemed pursuant to Highway Law Section 30 for all subsequent purposes.
