Amends Education Law Section 3641 to increase annual supplemental education improvement plan funding to the Yonkers city school district from the existing base amount to $17,500,000 plus an additional amount.

Additional funding amount is calculated as the percentage increase in Yonkers city school district public enrollment from the 2008-2009 school year to the 2009-2010 school year, multiplied by the district's foundation aid amount.

Percentage increase calculation is carried to four decimal places and is exempted from the limitations in Education Law Section 211-D.

Funding is to be paid from appropriated funds and distributed according to payment schedules in Education Law Section 3609-a.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
